13W LED - 50W Halogen Replacement - SL113
Useage: General Lighting, kitchen, living rooms, bedrooms, office lunch rooms, home office, exterior decks. Use this light anywhere where you would normally use a 50W halogen
Driver: 1 driver per LED headunit - SL700D-18W (this is a dimming driver)
Trims: Use this headunit in conjuction with one of our fixed trims and insulate up to it. Also fits many existing halogen trims allowing for tilting options.
Options: 60deg beam or 45deg beam
By using Switch Lightings 13W 60deg headunit SL113-60 you can insulate up to it as per the new downlight standards. This product is classified as CA135. Please refer to the PDF spec sheet below.
Have the old style incandescent downlights? This headunit can be installed using our large round fixed trim that will cover up the large holes left by traditional incandescent downlights. This trim is fixed and sealed therefore there is no air flow between your living space and the roof void.
At 3000K colour temperature this light is a very attractive warm white. ideal for those high useage areas such as living rooms and kitchens.
If you are planning on using Halogens then you should seriously consider this light as an alternative, on an average house the payback period on your investment is approx 4.5yrs. Savings each month of 80% on your lighting energy consumption.
