The adjustable head makes it easier to setup the desired lighting then walk away and forget. no maintenaince is required with an LED, this unit will last approx 50,000hrs as opposed to 2000hrs for a halogen equivilant. Not to mention the power savings to be gained, 4W as opposed to approx 20-40W!
